Fruits pack a nutritious punch to a healthy diet

A May 19, 2018 article in Consumer Reports emphasized the health benefits of eating upward of two cups of fruit a day.

Rimm added that eating fruit can help lower the risks of high blood pressure and obesity, which are associated with heart diseases.
