Sarah Henkel (she/her) is a communication strategist and received her MPH in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2022. As a student at Chan, Sarah focused on health communication and literacy in order to drive health equity and community-driven engagement. For her practicum, Sarah worked with a Boston-based production team researching for a documentary on climate change.
She currently works at 21Grams/Real Chemistry in healthcare advertising on audience insights and strategic planning to create meaningful medical brands. Sarah also has experience in media planning at Horizon Media and is passionate about always delivering the right message, at the right time and place, especially in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
Sarah volunteers with the Junior League of Boston as chair of the STEM Community Outreach committee. Her undergraduate degrees are in Public Relations and Health & Society from the University of Texas at Austin.
