Apply to Graduate in my.harvard. Review the November, March, and May graduation timelines for the open and close dates for the Online Application for Degree and the doctoral student dissertation due dates.
Complete student loan exit counseling, if applicable.
Meet with a career coach for job search help. Make your appointment here.
Complete the post-graduation outcomes survey by logging in with your HarvardKey. This information is used for accreditation reporting and to help current and prospective students in their career decision-making.
Make your voices heard through the Academic Year 23-24 Graduate Student Satisfaction Survey. Information will be sent to your Harvard email. The survey will launch on April 22. For more information, visit the school-wide surveys website.
Join the Harvard Chan School Alumni Association and the Harvard Alumni Association.

Complete your Ceremony Information Response Form (CIRF) and claim your guest tickets. Graduates will receive information via email to complete the CIRF and request tickets on March 19, 2024 at GradFair. The CIRF will close on April 28, 2024.
Graduating students who are participating in the ceremonies will receive up to three (3) guest tickets for Harvard Chan Convocation and up to two (2) guest tickets for Harvard University Commencement. Graduating students do not need tickets to participate in the ceremonies.
Order your regalia from the COOP. Regalia orders are open from Tuesday, January 16, 2024, through Sunday, April 7, 2024.

- - - Regalia Pick Up: Harvard Medical Coop Regalia distribution room at the Countway Library, 10 Shattuck Street from Thursday, May 16, 2024 – Thursday, May 23, 2024.
    - Regalia Returns: No later than May 29, 2024 to the Harvard Medical Coop distribution room at the Countway Library. Regalia Returns can also be made from May 30-June 7, 2024 to the Harvard Coop location, 1400 Massachusetts Avenue – third floor.

Request Visa Support letters for your guests.
Participate in the Harvard Chan Student Speaker Contest and Harvard University Student Orations Competition by March 22.
Attend Grad Fair. Find everything you need to know about graduation at Grad Fair on March 19 through March 21, 2024.
Participate in the Class Photo on April 10, 2024. Class Photo prints will be available for purchase. Original date of April 3 has been rescheduled due to weather.
Nominate yourself or someone you know for graduation awards.
Register for Affinity Celebrations by April 26, 2024.
Run for class officer positions. Nominations are open from April 13 through April 21, 2024 with voting open April 23 through April 28, 2024.
Pick up your tickets for Harvard University Commencement on May 6 and May 7, 2024. Your tickets for Harvard Chan Convocation can be accessed via after completing your Ceremony Information and Response Form (CIRF). Late pickup will be available on Monday, May 20 through Wednesday, May 22 (times TBD).
