This symposium, hosted by Harvard Catalyst, will connect researchers and community stakeholders committed to addressing healthy weight across the life-course, beginning in childhood. Presentations and panels will focus on action-oriented research that accelerates the implementation of program and policies with a strong evidence base. Attendees will hear from successful academic/community partnerships and learn how cost-effectiveness concepts can identify strategies that offer the best value for money. The program will feature lunchtime roundtables and one-on-one networking opportunities to foster new collaborations as well as an opportunity to help shape new Harvard Catalyst funding opportunities in the field.
