How do I know the job is complete?
We will email results to the contact person when each genotype is completed.
How long does it take to get results?
This depends on whether the assay is up and running. We aim to provide results in 4-6 weeks from the receipt of samples.
How am I billed?
Once work is complete, users are invoiced or billed directly.
