The Harvard Chan School of Public Health allows students and alumni to order official transcripts online, 24/7 via the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). This service allows students to place as many orders as they like, and to pay for them using a major credit card. Online orders can be tracked using an email address and order number. A payment of $2.25 must be paid to the NSC for every recipient that receives your transcript. Your card will be charged once your order is completed.

For students who matriculated prior to September 2003, there will be an additional fee paid to the Registrar’s Office.  The first transcript is issued at no charge; for subsequent requests, there is a fee of $2.00 for each transcript. Students matriculating after September 2003 have been charged a $10.00 Academic Records fee, which covers the cost of transcripts.

Please allow five to seven business days to process requests for current students and recent attendees. Allow seven business days for attendees prior to 1990.

Transcripts issued to students with outstanding financial obligations to the University will be marked “Student’s financial obligations to the University have not been met.” These transcripts will not be sent to third parties, but directly to the student.

In accordance with federal law, transcripts will not be released without the consent of the student. A signed consent may be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for your order that you can return via fax, mail or as a scanned email attachment.

To order a transcript, please log into the NSC’s secure site. Once your order has been placed you may track the progress of your order by returning to the secure site.
