Students enrolled in a Harvard graduate degree program are eligible. In the event that courses are oversubscribed, preference is given to Harvard Chan School students. Instructor permission is required for enrollment.
Course content is subject to change on an annual basis and participants should always be prepared to adapt.

These sessions are organized for instructors to meet with interested applicants. Course plans and application process for January 2025 will be reviewed.

- Wednesday, Sep. 11 (1-2PM): GHP 549 Japan (Kresge 502)
- Friday, Sep. 13 (1-2PM): GHP 297 Chile on Zoom
Fall 2024 Timeline
- Applications are due Monday, September 30, 2024.
- Applicants will be notified of their status by Monday, October 14, 2024.
- Enrollment for Winter Session begins November 14, 2024. Selected students request permission to enroll in my.Harvard.
- Course planning and safety meeting(s) will be held in Fall 2. Meetings are mandatory for all participants.
- Travel forms and registration due December 2, 2024.
