Eden Bernstein, MD

Dr. Bernstein is a Fellow in General Internal Medicine and Primary Care at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Mass General Hospital (MGH). His research interests lay in the areas of treatment of alcohol use disorder in primary care; health outcomes related to alcohol use disorder and the effectiveness of pharmacotherapy; and understanding factors that influence variability in physician behaviors and clinical decision-making.

Dr. Bernstein attended the PCE in 2022: “The Program in Clinical Effectiveness accelerated my research career by providing me with a wide range of foundational research skills in a short period of time. In addition, my courses covered a wide range of methods which framed my interests within the broader landscape of clinical and health services research and informed the direction of my future work.”
