“I have always wanted to be a clinical researcher. I think that it is important that as a surgeon, I am also working to move the field forward and address issues that exist. The PCE was the perfect introduction to my efforts towards obtaining my MPH. The best part(s) of the program, without a doubt were my colleagues and the amazing faculty that taught us. I was blown away every day by the level of knowledge in the room and the passion for the work being done. This program has impacted my career because it has opened my eyes to how much work there is to do in the public health sector. I am so inspired to make lasting change in our healthcare system and want to learn more about how to do that well!”
