ECQ Training Programs

The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health offers several programs suitable for U.S. federal government training needs. Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) represent categories of training documented by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). These core competencies are required for Senior Executive Service and are used by many other departments and agencies.
