Drs. Melissa Wan and David Rosmarin will present a case of suicidal ideation, provide examples of occupations in safety-sensitive fields and describe the clinical characteristics associated with a safe return to work. They will also discuss the components of a fitness for duty exam associated with returning an individual with suicidal ideation back to work and describe factors that contribute to a culture of safety.
