Prior Practice Sites

A valuable practice experience can be provided by a wide range of agencies/organizations. In general, an organization that provides, plans for, coordinates, organizes, or regulates public health services could be a valid practice site. Practice sites can fall into one of the following types of organizations:

  • Community Health Center
  • Hospital
  • Physician Practice
  • City Government or Agency
  • State Government or Agency
  • Federal Government or Agency
  • Non-Government Organization (NGO)
  • Academic or Research Institution
  • Health Insurer
  • Consulting Company
  • Pharma/Biotech
  • Other
