Manuel (Manny) Lim has extensive experience in executive and administrative support and human resources in the nonprofit sector. He joined the Harvard Chan School in 2018 after working at the national headquarters of City Year, where he oversaw payroll and criminal background screening for their 3,000 AmeriCorps members in 29 cities. He has served on the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force for the Handel & Haydn Society, one of the country’s oldest and most highly acclaimed musical organizations. A Chicago native, Manny holds a BA from the University of Detroit and a certificate in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College.
