Several committees support the School’s work to support diversity, champion inclusive excellence, and build a culture of belonging. They include:
Dean’s Advisory Committee for Diversity and Inclusion (DACDI)
In collaboration with senior leaders, students, staff, and faculty, DACDI supports strategic priorities around diversity and inclusion; assesses and provides feedback on existing programs; and works with departments, centers, and units to ground their diversity and inclusion work in evidence-based practices.
The full committee includes members from across the School community. Smaller working groups focus on the core priorities of strategic implementation; assessment; anti-racism learning and culture; recruitment and retention; and Legacy of Slavery projects.
