Departmental Action Planning


In addition to institutional level activities, academic and administrative departments will work in partnership with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) on EDIB action planning and implementation of action items at the department level- with an emphasis on embedding diversity practices into their own operations and activities. Our leadership and ODI will work with departments to develop their own Department Action Plans (DAPs) to drive their activities and progress each year.
