Diet, nutrition, malaria, parasites and the microbiome

Through a broad array of partnerships, we are studying the intersection of dietary intake, nutritional status, malaria, intestinal parasites and the human microbiome using data and biological samples from a 15-month prospective cohort study of nearly 700 individuals in northeastern Madagascar.
