2021-Present Zicheng is a second-year Master’s student in the Department of Biostatistics (SM CBQG program). His current research interest is polygenic risk predictions, cross-trait GWAS analysis, and RNA-Seq analysis. He joined the Liang Lab in February 2021.

Yingzhe Zhang
2021-Present: Master student of Epidemiology at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Yingzhe is a second-year Master student of Epidemiology, concentrating on psychiatric epidemiology. Her research interests mainly focus on exploring the causal path of mental disorders and child behavioral problems. She works on the genetic linkage between inflammation biomarkers and mental disorders.

Jordan Rossen
2020-Present Jordan is a PhD student in the Genetic Epidemiology and Statistical Genetics track of the Epidemiology PhD program at HSPH. He is interested in the development of methods for polygenic risk prediction in Non-European populations. Before HSPH, Jordan’s research focused on data processing methodology for high-throughput cancer genomics datasets.
Tingyi Cao

Wenyi is a master’s of science student in Biostatistics (SM60 Program). Her research interest includes risk prediction and Bayesian inference.
Lillian Kay Petersen
Lillian is an undergraduate student at Harvard majoring in Applied Math / Molecular Biology. Her research interests include infertility GWAS and machine learning for better genetic predictions. Outside of work, she enjoys trail running and playing guitar.
