Harvard Chan Nutrition Dept. doctoral student Aviva Musicus and Boston Medical Center (BMC) chef and dietitian Tracey Burg share insights from their qualitative research project on BMC’s integration of a rooftop farm with its teaching kitchen and preventive food pantry. Musicus was awarded the research day’s “best presented abstract by a trainee” for this work.
