Thursday, September 22, we hosted a retreat for the department of Molecular Metabolism. This retreat focused on highlighting the outstanding work of our trainees, including the three trainees specifically being funded by this training program. By offering this symposium on work taking place in our labs, we have opened up opportunities for intellectual collaboration. In addition to presentations by trainees, we hosted a career panel of research experts from both academia and industry.
