Nutrition Department celebrates past, looks to future
Since its inception in 1942, the Department of Nutrition has had an indelible impact on the way we eat.
When the department opened its doors July 1, 1942, there were only three doors to open. In celebration of 75 years of research and education, a reflection of the department’s history—and the many additional ‘doors’ that have been opened along the way.

Over 50 submitted research posters on display during the event.
