Jennifer Betancourt is the Director of Educational Policy, leading accreditation efforts, guiding the Committee on Educational Policy, overseeing Teaching Fellow training and schoolwide assessment systems, including course evaluations, the annual graduation satisfaction survey, and the curricular effectiveness survey.
She has 25+ years’ experience in the areas of higher education, youth services, and behavioral health. Former positions include working with The Watson Foundation, Tuesday’s Children and the Institute for Family Health in NYC.
She holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, NJ; a MSW from Fordham University, NYC: and a Professional Certificate in Global Affairs from the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies, NYC.
She is a mother of two amazing boys and enjoys adventures with her family, practicing yoga, listening to podcasts, and participating in a collective of families of color that advocates for equitable educational opportunities in Cambridge.
