Meredith L. Rowe is the Saul Zaentz Professor of Early Learning and Development; and faculty director, Human Development and Psychology program, at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is an educational psychologist interested in understanding and preventing socioeconomic disparities in learning during early childhood. Her research focuses on examining the role of parent and family factors in children’s language and literacy development, and leveraging this knowledge to develop intervention strategies for low-income families.
