Claudette Agustin
Claudette is executive assistant at the Center, reporting to Director Lisa Berkman. She is responsible for maintaining Professor Berkman’s schedule, setting up and maintaining files, coordinating travel arrangements, among other duties. Claudette also provides support in grant preparation, event planning, marketing/communications and other Center-wide initiatives.
Panka Deo
Panka is the office manager and financial assistant for the Center. His responsibilities include processing of reimbursements and vendor payments, and assisting with grants management, new hire paperwork and payroll. Panka manages IT and audiovisual issues, and oversees all building operations and maintenance.
Jeanne Frey
Jeanne is the grants manager at the Center. Her responsibilities include supporting the capture planning efforts of HCPDS, managing the Center’s pre-award grant development processes, and assisting the financial manager in financial stewardship activities. Lesley Harkins
Lesley is the program coordinator at the Center. She helps execute special events and the weekly Social Demography Seminars by arranging travel for speakers, ordering catering, and soliciting program materials. She also supports postdoctoral training program recruitment and activities, and provides administrative assistance to Professor Subramanian.
