Adriana is a Costa Rican physician, a general surgery applicant, and an MPH student in the Global Health and Population Department. She graduated from medical school in Costa Rica and has a special interest in global surgery initiatives.
Adriana’s project is focused on understanding the barriers Hispanic patients face when accessing and receiving high-value surgical care in Boston.
