Cassandra Skapek

Casey is a MPH-65 student in the department of Health Management and Policy and is pursuing an interdisciplinary concentration in Population Mental Health. She is interested in the intersection of physical, mental, and community wellbeing and reducing global inequities in access to mental health services. Previously, she worked as a health services researcher and has a B.S. in Biology and Global Health from Georgetown University. In her free time, you can find her playing Ultimate Frisbee, baking, and adventuring with her dog, Fred.

Casey’s project focuses on expanding access to integrative medicine services for cancer patients at community hospitals through a partnership with MSKCC.
