Accessing Research Resources

Upon receiving a grant, there is a host of information that PIs must be aware of and numerous resources that researchers can use to implement and manage their grants and their research projects in general. This section aims to assist you in implementing your research program.

  • Catalyst Consultation Services: Harvard Catalyst provides no-cost consultation services to all researchers in the Harvard community. Some areas of consultation that might be relevant to HSPH researchers include: biostatistics, genomics and bioinformatics, health disparities and CBPR research.
  • Core Facilities: HSPH and Harvard Catalyst partner institutions offer core scientific facilities to support innovative research at HSPH by providing highly specialized services, equipment and staff that would otherwise be too expensive for a single laboratory or department to provide.
  • NIH Public Access Policy: If you have received an NIH grant, you must ensure that you are compliant with NIH Public Access Policy when it comes to publishing manuscripts. HMScholar assists you in meeting those guidelines.
  • HMScholar: HMScholar assists you in meeting the NIH Public Access Policy guidelines.
