Bryn Austin contributed to a study on same-sex marriage policies and adolescent suicide attempts. The study, which was published online February 20, 2017 in JAMA Pediatrics reveals a 7% reduction in reported suicide attempts by high-schoolers living in states where same-sex marriage was legalized.
