Student Withdrawal Refund Policy

Tuition is prorated according to the schedule below for degree students who take a leave of absence or withdraw after the semester has begun.  The effective date of a leave of absence or withdrawal is the date the petition is filed with the School’s Registrar’s Office or a future date if so requested in the student’s letter.

Non-Degree Students

  • Non-degree students who withdraw from courses after the add/drop deadline should be aware that tuition for those courses is non-refundable.
  • Students in the summer PCE program who withdraw from the program should consult the schedule below.
  • Students in the HGPHNL program who withdraw from the program should consult the Academic Year 2023-2024 (Degree Students) or Summer 2023 (Degree Students) schedule below depending on the timing of the withdrawal.
