Student Withdrawal Refund Policy

Tuition is prorated according to the schedule below for degree students who take a leave of absence or withdraw after a term of enrollment has begun. The effective date of a leave of absence or withdrawal is the date the petition is filed with the School’s Registrar’s Office or a future date if so requested in the student’s letter.

Non-Degree Students

  • Non-degree students that withdraw from courses after the add/drop deadline will not receive a tuition refund.
  • Summer PCE program students that withdraw from the program should consult the summer schedule below.
  • Students in the HGPHNL program that withdraw from the program should consult the academic year OR summer schedule below, depending on the timing of the withdrawal.
