Bethany Hedt-Gauthier and Isabel Fulcher receive SPAIG Award!

COVID-19 Multi Country Research GroupBethany Hedt-Gauthier and Isabel FulcherCongratulations to Biostats alums Bethany Hedt-Gauthier, Associate Professor of Global Health and Social Medicine and Associate Professor in the Department of Biostatistics and Isabel Fulcher, Data Fellow at the Harvard Data Science Initiative who recently received the ASA’s 2022 SPAIG award which recognizes outstanding partnerships between academe, industry, and government organizations. The two are members of a collaboration between HMS and Partners in Health to support data-driven COVID-19 responses in eight countries. Congratulations also go to Biostats students Anuraag Gopaluni and Nick Link who are involved in projects related to that collaboration.
