Walk-In UNAVAILABLE

In order to do our part to keep our community healthy and safe, we are following social distancing guidelines.  For IT service and support:

  • Start with a phone call to 617-432-HELP (4357) no matter if you are at home or on campus.
  • If you can be helped remotely and immediately you will be.
  • If not, all of the details will be documented and routed to the Field Support team at SPH.
  • A Field Support technician will contact you to schedule an appointment to work on your IT issue.
  • Walk-in support is not supported.
  • Support issues requiring in-person troubleshooting will be scheduled between 10:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday.
