Getting help from the Department of Information Technology:

- Start with a phone call to 617-432-HELP (4357) no matter if you are at home or on campus.
- If you can be helped remotely and immediately you will be.
- If not, all of the details will be documented and routed to the Harvard Chan Field Support team.
- A technician will contact you to schedule an appointment, between 10:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday, to work on your issue.
- Walk-in support is not offered at this time.
