This service allows laboratories to inventory their space for chemicals, biological agents, and other hazardous materials. It also ensures compliance with local regulations via printable door placards and summary sheets.
Used by lab managers, principle investigators, researchers, lab assistants, Environmental Health and Safety, operations, and local fire departments, LabPoint also allows Environmental Health and Safety to run usage reports and track compliance.
Labpoint was developed and is hosted by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Labpoint is used broadly across the University and at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and was a recent recipient of a Harvard Presidential Administrative Innovation Fund Grant for expanded development.
