Our computer configuration and deployment service automatically installs the required software on all Harvard-owned computers. Using an “imaging process,” each Harvard-managed computer is set up to protect your and Harvard’s data and give you access to the software necessary to be successful in your work environment.
Our user services support staff sets up and maintains desktops and laptops, both PC and Mac.
