iPrint is the printing service from the Information Technology department. It allows for the central management of networked printers. The iPrint software allows users to connect and print to network printers easily.
Key features and benefits
- Computers connected to the School network can print to any printer to which they have access.
- Access to each printer is restricted, requiring approval from your department’s Authorized Requestor. A list of each department’s Authorized Requestor(s) can be found here.
- The iPrint client allows printers to be installed and drivers to be updated on client computers easily.
Your HSPH computer should already have the iPrint software installed. To view a list of shared printers and/or add a printer to your computer after receiving approval from your department’s Authorized Requestor, please click here (requires logging in with your HarvardKey credentials).
