We provide a solution allowing for the central management of network-attached printers and a print client that allows users to easily connect to network printers.
Key features and benefits
- Computers connected to School networks can print to any printer to which they have access.
- Access to printers is restricted to certain individuals or groups, and requires approval from your department’s Authorized Requestor. A list of each department’s Authorized Requestor(s) can be found here.
- The iPrint client makes it possible to easily install printers and update drivers on client computers.
Your HSPH computer should already have the iPrint software installed. To view a list of shared printers, and/or add a printer to your computer after getting approval from your department’s Authorized Requestor, please click here (requires logging in with your HarvardKey credentials).
