Beth Vargas is a User Support Specialist on the Field Services Team.
Prior to joining Harvard, she spent ten years as a library assistant at Wentworth Institute of Technology providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and artistic expertise.
Beth is a Boston area native and frequently drops her r’s in conversation.
She enjoys the everyday challenges and learning opportunities afforded by working in IT—especially in such a hands-on position as a technician in Field Services—as well as being able to do her part in supporting those who strive to improve public health and fight the global pandemic.
Interesting Facts: She has zero chill when it comes to the Mass Effect and Dragon Age video games, and will happily talk about their in-game lore.
