Senior Audio-Visual Systems Engineer

Samson is a member of the Media and Educational Techology Services (METS) team at the Harvard Chan School. He is reponsible for the design, engineering, maintenance, and support of audiovisual systems across the school’s classrooms, conference rooms, and video production facilities.

Prior to coming to Harvard, Samson worked as an engineer, consulting on construction projects, with a focus on acoustical engineering, audiovisual systems design, and IT infrastructure engineering.

He earned a M.S. in Architectural Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His research focused on acoustical engineering and networked music production. He also earned a B.M. in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music. His focus was on sound effects design and audio post-production for film and TV.

Samson is an avid fan of music and movies. He enjoys exploring the Cambridge and Somerville area for the best local coffee.
