Heather (pronouns: she, her, hers) is a User Support Specialist on the IT Field Services team.
Heather earned a bachelor of science degree in information technology from Simmons University. She also worked in Simmons’ information technology department for 2 years as a technology analyst working to migrate the school to the lecture capture service Panopto.
Heather has a strong background in customer service and is looking forward to using her experiences to support the T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s missions of education and research. She is particularly excited getting to learn about different areas of IT.
Heather is from Cape Cod and has lived in Boston since 2015.
Interesting facts: Heather enjoys reading young adult fantasy, and listening to music.
