Doctoral student Shelley Liu is enjoying a busy summer conducting research at the Shanghai Jiaotong University after receiving an NSF East Asia and Pacific Summer Institutes (EAPSI) fellowship. Shelley is working with XiaoDan Yu, Professor of Pediatrics to apply statistical models to prospective cohort studies of children’s environmental health. She was recently invited to give a talk at the Workshop on Statistical Theory and Methods for Big Data at Northeast Normal University in Changchun, China. Congratulations Shelley!
