Dr. Keenan and Dr. Pober will discuss the following article:  Dana Pascovici et al. “Multiple testing corrections in quantitative proteomics: a useful but blunt tool” Proteomics, in press (2016).  The second article, Angel P. Diz et al. “Multiple Hypothesis Testing in Proteomics: A Strategy for Experimental Work” Mol Cell Peoteomics 10(3) (2011), is supportive reading for the topic but will not be presented. 

In addition to the main articles, you are also highly encouraged to read any supplementary articles of your choosing.
