Himel Mallick Receives Best Paper Award

Himel Mallick, PhD is a recipient of the 2016 Science Unbound Foundation Best Paper Award for his paper ‘EM Adaptive LASSO—A Multilocus Modeling Strategy for Detecting SNPs Associated with Zero-inflated Count Phenotypes’, which was published in Frontiers in Genetics in March 2016. Himel is a postdoctoral fellow in the Huttenhower lab and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
