Miguel Hernán Elected Fellow of the ASA

We are extremely pleased to share the news that Kolokotrones Professor of Biostatistics and Epidemiology Miguel Hernán has been elected a Fellow of the American Statistical Association! The ASA fellow committee recognizes him for:

“outstanding contributions to methodological research in causal inference with substantive applications to address important public health and clinical problems, and for the dissemination of the research to and training of statistical, epidemiological, public health and clinical researchers.”

An award ceremony for newly elected ASA fellows will be held at the 2019 JSM in Denver on the evening of Sunday, July 28th. Congratulations, Miguel!
