Leveraging Data Science Across a Diverse Investment Portfolio
PEAK6, a technology and investment firm, was an early pioneer in the application of data science in the options market. Today, people believe data science is the cornerstone for efficiently managing risk. PEAK6 has grown by taking lessons learned from using data science and understanding it’s strengths and weaknesses. In this talk, Matt Hulsizer and Mike Treacy will discuss how PEAK6 was able to harness core principals from the intersection of analytics and trading to successfully expand into different industries, including brokerage, insurance, soccer, and Esports.
