Jemar Bather Named Fellow of MGH’s Fostering Diversity in HIV Research Program

Jemar BatherCongratulations to PhD student Jemar Bather, who has been named a Fellow of Massachusetts General Hospital’s Fostering Diversity in HIV Research Program.  The Fostering Diversity in HIV Research Program is supported by the National Institutes of Health and designed to help overcome some of the barriers URM trainees in medicine/public health  face, thus advancing their careers and enriching scientific discovery. The program provides structured mentoring from faculty at MGH and HSPH to create an environment welcoming for URM trainees and supportive of rigorous research.  We look forward seeing all the great research and work Jemar will do!
