The NIH Community Engagement Alliance, National Library of Medicine (NLM) and National Research Mentoring Network (NRMR) will host a webinar on Addressing Attitudes & Science Mistrust During the COVID-19 Pandemic at 12:30-2:30 on Thursday, January 28, 2021. To achieve vaccination-inducted herd community, it is important to overcome public hesitancy. Dr. Xihong Lin, Professor of Biostatistics and Statistics, will give a talk on learning vaccine hesitancy from 30,000 individuals of the HowWeFeel Project. This work studies the factors that are associated with vaccine hesitancy. The results will help develop tailored vaccine education and outreach programs to combat COVID-19.
