Congratulations to PhD student Yige Li who recently received a 2021 Student Paper Award from the ASA Section on Health Policy Statistics for her paper on Effectiveness of Localized Lockdowns in the COVID-19 Pandemic. The paper is co-authored with Eduardo A. Undurraga and José R. Zubizarreta and Yige’s advisor is Professor José R. Zubizarreta.
