Shaina Andelman, Senior Manager of Communications and Events, will serve as the Office of Diversity’s Departmental Committee Liaison for the 2021-2022 academic year. The ODI Departmental Committee Liaison is a new leadership role within the Office of Diversity and inclusion that will support school diversity goals and priority goals of the departmental DIB Committee. Through partnership, ongoing engagement, and communication with ODI, the Liaison will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the pursuit of the Inclusive Excellence vision at Harvard Chan and support progress and goal attainment within the department.
