The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is known world-wide in part thanks to cutting edge live programming that brings together experts in the field of public health.  The I.T. department supports these endeavors through a variety of resources.

Core Service - Provided at no cost

Events during normal business hours are resourced without additional cost.

Standard resources include the following:

  • video capture for post-event playback
  • onsite technician support
  • audio-visual setup for the location (computer/projector, microphone, lighting)

Premium service - With associated cost

Additional costs may be incurred in the following scenarios:

  • Live streaming events to Facebook and YouTube
  • weekend or holiday events
  • off hours events
  • transcription services required
  • other requests
