Professor of Statistics and Computer Science Susan A. Murphy will receive the prestigious R.A. Fisher Award and Lectureship from the Committee of Presidents of Statistical Societies (COPSS). She will deliver the Fisher Lecture at the Joint Statistical Meetings this coming summer in Vancouver.
