MS Office Templates

This section includes templates for common stationery items in MS Word format. You can use these when you are producing a letter that you are going to send to someone electronically, for example, or if you don’t normally have personal stationery but would like to create a piece for a single letter you are sending. In addition to stationery, we’ve included a basic Word template set up with the School’s typographic styles.

To ensure your documents are accessible, use the styles ribbon in Word which offers preset heading styles—particularly document heading, section, and sub section—as you compose. Read more about creating accessible documents here.

Each template includes several layouts built-in for a large variety of slide types; and resources, including icon libraries, at the end of the slide decks. We recommend opening a template and scanning the slides to see what’s available, then deleting what you will not need. Any slide can be added back to your presentation later with the “add slide” button.

Email signatures

Please use one of the signature formats below to help maintain consistency in our email communications. To use, copy and paste the text and logo into the signature setup box in Outlook (or another email client) and replace the text with your information. We have noticed that in some versions of Outlook, the logo could appear slightly blurry. If this is the case, feel free to use the signature text without the School’s logo.
