MASCO Longwood Shuttle FAQs

FAQs

What is the M2 shuttle?

The M2 shuttle connects the Longwood Campus to the Harvard campus in Cambridge. The shuttle is free to all Harvard Chan community members with a Harvard ID. The Longwood Collective (formerly MASCO) manages the M2 shuttle along with other shuttle routes, including shuttles to Ruggles Station (MBTA Orange Line) and JFK Station (MBTA Red Line).

Where do I pick up the M2 shuttle and what is the route?

The M2 shuttle goes between Vanderbilt Hall at 107 Avenue Louis Pasteur (see walking map from Harvard Chan School to Vanderbilt) and Harvard Square and back again throughout the day.  The stop nearest the Landmark Building (401 Park Drive) is Brookline at Fullerton.  Please visit the Longwood Collective website for the complete route map.

What is the M2 shuttle schedule?

The M2 shuttle operates from 7:00 am until 11:00 pm on weekdays. During weekday commuting hours, a bus departs from each stop approximately every 10 minutes. It operates at a 30-minute frequency outside of those hours. Please visit the Longwood Collective website for the complete schedule. A Harvard ID or pre-purchased ticket is required to ride the M2.
