Every year the newly admitted class of Lown Scholars comes to Boston for the month of July to attend courses and work with mentors to develop their research proposals. This year we are implementing a new networking initiative for the Scholars called “Lunch with Lown Scholars,” as connecting with people at the school during the summer can be a challenge.
Please join us on Tuesday, July 9 in Building 1, Room 1302 from 1-2pm in coordination with the Departments of Biostatistics and Environmental Health for an opportunity to meet this year’s Lown Scholars and connect with other faculty and students from the school. Lunch is provided and the event is casual and open to anyone in your department who would like to attend.
As we want to provide enough food for everyone in attendance, we just ask that RSVP’s be sent to Erin Kannan at pkannan@hsph.harvard.edu.
